ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Participants should book their flights to Ben Gurion International Airport (airport code: TLV).
GROUND TRANSPORTATION BETWEEN BEN GURION AIRPORT & VENUE/ HOTELS
Taxi Service – Taxis are available outside of the Arrivals Hall (Level G) of Ben Gurion Airport.
The cost for a one-way trip is approximately 150-200 NIS (approx. US$ 45 -60), depending on time of day,
number of passengers and luggage. The trip should take approximately 35-50 minutes, depending on traffic.
Public Transportation - Trains are available outside of the Arrivals Hall (Level G) of Ben Gurion Airport at a cost of 13.5 NIS (approx. US$ 4) and the average trip is about 10-15 minutes to the conference venue/ Tel Aviv hotels.
Please note, public transportation does not operate from Friday afternoon (approx. 15:00) through Saturday night (resumes at approx. 21:30).

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: TRAIN
The university railway station is within walking distance from campus, or you can catch Dan bus routes 7, 45 or 289 to and from the station, or walk up the "Science Promenade" that leads to the building.

PRIVATE CAR & PARKING
Parking is available in the car park of the Steinhardt Museum of Natural History .
Parking is at a cost and is a 5 minute walk from the Conference venue.

PASSPORTS & VISAS
Prior to booking your flight ticket, please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of the conference. Participants from some countries require a visa to enter Israel. We suggest that you check this with your travel agent or on the website of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
LETTER OF INVITATION
Upon request, the Secretariat will send a personal letter of invitation to participate in the Conference. It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to assist participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa and does not represent a commitment on the part of the Conference Organizers.
